Activities
An international Congress was held which was attended by delegates from Chile, Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador, Colombia, the Argentine and Uruguay. Workers' delegations were sent to the centenaries of Lima and Cuzco, Bolivia and the Argentine. The chief activity has been to bring about a rapprochement between Chile and Peru, even before the official resumption of relations between the two States. A Latin-American Club will shortly be opened at Santiago.
