Object

The diffusion of medical and pharmaceutical sciences and their techniques, and the improvement of sanitary conditions in China and other Asiatic countries.

Activities

1. Establishment and maintenance of hospitals in Peiping, Hankow, Tsingtao and Tsinan. 2. Establishment of hospitals for students and residents from China and Manchoukuo. 3. Lecture courses for Chinese physicians, co-operation between Japanese and Chinese medical institutes, research in the hygienic conditions of China, and publication of medical and pharmaceutical works in Chinese.
