To make our organization the center of the educational activities of Japan, and to plan the improvement, diffusion, and advance of education.

Activities

1. Investigations and studies of vital educational problems. 2. Presentation of the opinions of the educational world. 3. Establishment of reading-rooms, educational lecture associations, classes, and educational clubs, and publication of periodicals and books relating to education. 4. Encouragement of social education. 5. Encouragement of co-operatives among educators. 6. International cooperation of educational organizations and the introduction of Japanese culture abroad.
