Object

To promote the development of international motion-picture industry and to contribute to national welfare by introducing Japanese culture abroad through films.

Activities

1. The production, distribution, and exchange of international moving pictures. 2. Cooperation, guidance and encouragement in the production and distribution of international moving pictures in Japan. 3. Public lectures and film-shows pertaining to international films. 4. Encouragement of the study of Japan by those foreigners interested in motion-picture industry. 5. The research and inspection of international moving pictures. 6. Any other works considered befitting and necessary by the Board of Directors.
