Object

To co-ordinate the relations between societies of each prefecture, and to secure the de¬velopment of these societies.

Activities

1. Investigation, research, and information on the conditions of the territories inhabited by Japanese emigrants. 2. Various works to stimulate public thought on oversea questions. 3. Guidance and education toward oversea expansion, and assistance for the training of capable men. 4. Assistance to oversea societies of the various prefectures. 5. Contact and union with various kindred societies. 6. Work relating to the support of friendships with Japanese living abroad. 7. Publication of a periodical organ. 8. All works judged necessary.
