1. In addition to the investigations, reports, publications, and other mediations pertaining t the main Society, the management of the college and the commercial museum in Harbin. 2. An annual general meeting in June. 3. The holding of lectures and of welcome meetings for distinguished visitors from the U.S.S.R. 4. Publication of an organ.
