The International Maritime Radio Committee has done aa great deal to bring maritime radio companies into closer touch with each other, through the exchange of documents of general interest on administrative, business and technical questions and also by organising numerous meetings of members for the examination of possible improvements of a general character in maritime wireless services. (HB 1931) Le Comité international radio-maritime a contribué, dans une large mesure, à resserrer les liens existant entre les compagnies d'exploitation radio-maritimes, par l'échange de documents d'intérêt général aux points de vue de l'administration, de l'exploitation et de la technique, et également par de nombreuses réunions de ses membres tendant à la recherche des améliorations à apporter, d'une façon générale, au service radioélectrique en mer. (HB 1936) The International Maritime Radio Committee has done a great deal to bring maritime radio companies into closer touch with each other, through the exchange of documents of general interest on administrative, business and technical questions, and also by organising numerous meetings of members for the examination of possible improvements of a general character in maritime wireless services. Its Scientific Centre, established in 1933 and housed in the Free University of Brussels, regularly carries out measurements of frequency, stability, etc. on maritime wireless installations.
