HB 1931: Conferences; regional meetings can be called by the Executive Committee.A World Press Council - of which the Honorary President is Chairman - is appointed by the Executive Committee. This Council, not to exceed fifty, is to give advice in matters of policy and organisation.
HB 1936: I1 a ete tenu trois conferences: en juillet 1915 a San Francisco; en octobre
1921 a Honolulu et en septembre 1926 a Lausanne (Suisse). Des reunions regionales peuvent etre convoquees par le Comite executif; une reunion regionale a ete tenue a Mexico City du 1o au 14 aout 1931. Un Conseil mondial de la Presse - que preside le President d'honneur - est nomme par le Comite executif. Ce Conseil, qui ne peut comprendre plus de cinquante membres, formule des avis en matiere de politique a suivre et d'organisation.
HB 1938: Three conferences have been held — at San Francisco in July 1915, at Honolulu in October 1921 and at Lausanne, Switzerland, in September 1926. Regional meetings can be called by the Executive Committee. A regional meeting was held in Mexico City, August 10th to 14th, 1931. A World Press Council — of which the Honorary President is chairman — is appointed by the Executive Committee. This council, not to exceed fifty, is to give advice in matters of policy and organisation.
