Congrès international des mathématiciens en septembre 1920, à Strasbourg. C'est à ce Congrès que fut définitivement fondée l'Union sur, la base des statuts projetés à Bruxelles, en juillet 1919, à la Conférence du Conseil international de recherches. (HB 1925)
