General facts
Après les Conférences de Prague, de Copenhague et de Paris, organisées par la Ligue des Sociétés de la Croix-Rouge, un accord s'est établi à Bruxelles (octobre 1922) entre les représentants des Sociétés nationales anglaise, belge, française, et la Ligue des Sociétés de la Croix-Rouge, accord qui a abouti à la fondation de l'Union internationale contre le péril vénérien.
HB 1929: After the conferences of Prague, Copenhagen and Paris organised by the League
of Red Cross Societies, an agreement was concluded at Brussels, October 1922, between
the representatives of the English, Belgian and French National Societies and the
League of Red Cross Societies which resulted in the foundation of the International
Union.
