To gather men and women from all countries for international voluntary help in case of natural catastrophes (floods, landslides, earthquakes, etc.) and for constructive services without wages; to promote the creation of alternative services for conscientious objectors in conscription countries; aiming at the establishment of an official international service, if possible under the control of the Lague of Nations.
