HB 1929: The International Union was created in October 1923, at the instance of Jean Larmeroux. A t the present day, it includes twenty-nine nations and has over 500,000 members. Five International Congresses were held, two at Paris, one at Barcelona, one at The Hague, the last one, in 1928, at Vienna. The next one will be held in Berlin in 1929. The Union is affiliated to the International Confederation for Production, Order and Peace, which also has its seat at 12. rue Sedillot, Paris, and works in conjunction with the chief economic organisations for the middle classes, for civic action, etc. HB 1936: L'Union a été créée en octobre 1923. Elle comprend actuellement trente-quatre pays et a plus de 12 millions de membres. Neuf congrès internationaux ont été tenus : deux à Paris, un à Barcelone, un à La Haye, à Vienne, à Berlin, à Madrid et Séville, à Rome et Milan, et à Bruxelles (juin 1935). Activities

L'Union internationale a été créée en octobre 1923, sur l'initiative de M. Jean Larmeroux. Elle a immédiatement compté, lors de sa fondation, qui a eu lieu à Paris, 20 nations et 2.055 Chambres syndicales et 3.100.000 adhérents. Aujourd'hui, elle compte 25 nations et dépasse le chiffre de 4.000.000 d'adhérents. Elle est affiliée à la Confédération internationale de la production, de l'ordre et de la paix, qui siège également 12 rue Sédillot, Paris, et comprend à ses cotés les grandes organisations d'ordre économique, de classes moyennes, d'action civique, etc. L'Union internationale compte, parmi ses fédérations, des membres qui la représentent dans les commissions ministérielles des différents ministères de chaque pays.
